Miss Riches, Mrs Sturgeon and Mr Welford welcome you to Year 4 where we not only work with pupils and families to help all children make progress in reading, writing and maths but also expand their knowledge of the world around us now and in the past. Come with us to explore the geography of the coast with a focus on Blakeney and travel back in time to Britain in Roman times and learn about how people lived and worked in this era. Then venture over to Italy and Greece to learn about explosive volcanoes and the amazing world of the Ancient Greeks. During your child’s time in Year 4 we also offer the exciting opportunity to take part in a wonderful activity packed residential to How Hill.
In the wider curriculum children will explore a range of mediums and music genres in art and DT and create their own money holders and light boxes in DT.
